1. Nature of the service

The BESS Academy markets online courses, digital training, and content in electronic format.
Access to such content is immediate once the user completes payment.

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as well as its transposition into Spanish law, digital content supplied on a non-material medium is not subject to the right of withdrawal once the user has accessed the content.

By making a purchase on this website, the user expressly agrees that:

  • The product purchased is digital content with immediate access.
  • Upon starting the download, viewing, or access, the user loses the right of withdrawal.
  • There is no possibility to “return” the service once access to the course has been granted.

2. No-Refund Policy

Once payment has been made and access to the content has been activated, no returns or refunds are offered, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of time to take the course.
  • Unmet expectations that are not due to an error in the product description.
  • Purchases made by third parties without the authorisation of the payment method holder.
  • Technical issues arising from the user’s device, software, or connection.

3. Exceptions considered

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  1. Accidental duplicate payment, provided it is verified through our payment gateway.
  2. A technical error attributable to The BESS Academy that prevents access to the course for more than 72 consecutive hours.
  3. Incorrect content due to a publishing issue or system error (for example, if the course delivered does not match the one purchased).

4. Delivery information

  • Access to the course is enabled automatically after payment confirmation.
  • In the event of technical issues, the user may contact support.
  • Access to the courses is personal, non-transferable, and subject to the platform’s terms of use.

5. Acceptance of this policy

Making payment implies full acceptance of this policy.
The user confirms that they understand the product is digital and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal upon accessing the content.
